Welcome to BNA Office Solution (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services.
A. General Terms and Conditions
- By using the Company’s services, the customer unconditionally accepts all the terms and conditions set out herein. The Company reserves the right to review and amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Please visit our website for the latest version.
- Quotations are valid for 14 days and are only applicable to customers who have requested a quotation from the Company.
- Once an order is confirmed, no changes or cancellations will be accepted.
- Orders confirmed before the cutoff time will be processed on the same day. Orders submitted after the cutoff may require rescheduling of the delivery date.
- The estimated delivery date shown on the quotation is for reference only. The final delivery date shall be based on the information printed on the invoice.
- Under normal circumstances, after order confirmation and payment, goods will be ready for delivery or self-pickup within 2-5 working days.
- If items are out of stock from Hong Kong suppliers, the lead time is approximately 2-3 weeks (except for specific products, which will be notified separately).
- For orders containing pre-order items, shipment will only be arranged after all items are in stock.
Price Accuracy and Order AcceptanceAll product prices, stock availability, specifications, product images and other information displayed on this website are subject to actual availability and conditions. While the Company makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information provided, errors may occur due to system malfunction, human error, supplier price adjustments, synchronization delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. The Company reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions without prior notice.
All orders are subject to the Company's review and confirmation. Submission of an order and completion of payment do not constitute acceptance of the order by the Company. In the event of pricing errors, stock shortages, incorrect product information, supplier shortages, or any other circumstances that prevent fulfillment of the order, the Company reserves the right to cancel, reject, or amend the order upon agreement with the customer without liability. Any payment received for a cancelled order will be refunded where applicable.
The Company reserves the right to modify product prices, promotional offers, product information and supply arrangements at any time without prior notice.
- The Company reserves the final right of interpretation for all terms. The Company may, at its absolute discretion, amend, delete, or supplement these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- All trademarks, trade names, logos, and service marks displayed or used by the Company are owned by the Company or relevant parties. No person may use them without prior written approval.
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
- In case of any inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
B. Self-Collection / Delivery Service Terms
- For all online store orders, delivery is arranged via SF Express with freight collect. Customers are responsible for paying the delivery fee directly to SF Express upon receipt of goods.
- Commercial / corporate clients may request a separate quotation. In such cases, delivery charges will be calculated individually and clearly stated on the official quotation.
- Self-collection is available at our office during business hours. Please contact us in advance to confirm stock availability.
- All orders must be collected or delivered within 30 days from the confirmed date. The Company reserves the right to cancel uncollected orders without refund.
- Delivery service is limited to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
- No self-collection or delivery services on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
- Customers must inspect the goods immediately upon receipt. Once signed for or accepted, goods are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
C. Payment Terms （已更新）C. 付款條款
For all online store orders, full payment must be made in advance before shipment or self-collection.
Commercial / corporate clients shall follow the payment terms specified on the official quotation. Accepted payment methods include:
- Government purchase card
- Autopay (via bank transfer)
- Crossed cheque sent by post

For cheque payment, please make the crossed cheque payable to “BNA Office Solution” or “B&A Office Consumables Co. Ltd.”, and write the invoice / order number on the back of the cheque.
For overdue payments, the Company will issue reminders. If payment is not received within 48 hours after the reminder, the Company reserves the right to suspend services and charge 2% monthly interest on the overdue amount.
D. Warranty & Return Policy
- For wrong model/brand or damaged goods, please keep the receipt and unopened packaging intact. Contact us within 7 days from the invoice date. After 7 days, contact the manufacturer directly.
- All products are 100% genuine. Customers are advised to register the manufacturer warranty themselves.
- Promotional items, free gifts, and non-quality issues are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Product images displayed on this website are for reference only. Actual product packaging, colours, specifications, accessories and contents may vary due to updates from suppliers or manufacturers. The actual product and the latest information provided by the supplier or manufacturer shall prevail.
