Return Policy

BNA Office Solution is committed to providing quality products and services. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Return & Exchange Conditions

  • All returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days from the invoice / delivery date. 
  • Goods must be in original condition: unopened, unused, with complete original packaging, tags, and accessories. 
  • Customers must provide the original invoice / order number and proof of purchase. 

2. Eligible Returns

The following situations are eligible for return or exchange:

  • Wrong model, brand, or specification delivered by the Company.
  • Goods damaged during delivery (must be reported immediately upon receipt). 
  • Product with manufacturing defects (subject to manufacturer’s confirmation). 

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Promotional items, free gifts, trial packs, or clearance products. 
  • Customized or special-order products. 
  • Products with opened packaging or signs of use. 
  • Software licenses, digital products, or consumables (e.g. ink, toner). 
  • Items purchased more than 7 days ago. 

4. Return Procedure

  1. Contact our customer service via email or phone within 7 days to request a return. 
  2. Provide order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. 
  3. Once approved, customers are responsible for returning the goods to our office (self-collection or arrange delivery at own cost). 
  4. Refunds will be processed within 14 working days after we receive and inspect the returned goods. 

5. Exchange

  • For eligible exchanges, we will arrange replacement after receiving the returned item. 
  • Additional charges may apply if the replacement item has a higher price. 

6. Online Store Specific

  • All online orders are shipped via SF Express (freight collect). Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. 
  • The Company will assist in coordinating with SF Express for damaged goods during delivery.

7. Final Decision

BNA Office Solution reserves the final right to approve or reject any return or exchange request.
